Pay without a bill from the Melio app

Using the Melio app, you can make payments super fast and easy without even needing to add a bill. 

There are 3 places in the app where you can pay without adding a bill: 

1. Home screen. 
2. Payment tabs on the home screen- Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid and Pending approval (when relevant).
3. Vendors list.

Pay from the home screen

1. Tap the + sign.
2. Select Pay.
3. Choose an existing vendor or add a new one. 
4. Add the payment amount.
5. Tap Add description (optional). This note will let your vendor know what the payment is for, and appears in the payment information. Tap Save.
6. Tap Continue.
7. Review the payment and delivery details, and select when you want the payment delivered. For a new vendor you’ll need to add their delivery information.
8. Slide to pay and you’re done.

Pay from a payment tab or Vendors

1. Tap any one of the payment tabs in the home screen: Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid or Pending approval, or select the relevant vendor.
2. Tap + New payment.
3. Select Pay.
4. From a payment tab: Choose an existing vendor or add a new one. 
5. Add the payment amount.
6. Tap Add description (optional). This note will let your vendor know what the payment is for, and appears in the payment information. Tap Save.
7. Tap Continue.
8. Review the payment and delivery details, and select when you want the payment delivered. For a new vendor you’ll need to add their delivery information.
9. Slide to pay and you’re done.
