When a failed ACH payment hasn’t been recovered within 14 days, it will be canceled along with the installment terms.
You’ll get an email notifying you that the payment was canceled.
At this stage, it is impossible to reschedule the payment for that bill.
To resend the payment:
1. Add the bill once again.
2. Schedule the payment like any other, with installments or without.
