Anytime you need help or just want to get in touch, you can reach out directly from the Melio app. Here’s how to contact Melio support:
- On your home screen, tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Android models: Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- iOS models: Tap your company name at the top.
- Tap Support.
- Tap Contact support.
- Select the type of issue you're having. You’ll see three choices:
- Payment related. You must select this if the issue is related to a specific payment.
- Account related.
- General feedback
- If you choose Payment related tap Select the payment to find the relevant payment.
- For a Payment related or Account related issue, you’ll need to select from a list of choices that best describes the issue that you have. For certain choices under Account related, you'll have further fields to complete.
- Add a Description of the issue.
- Optional: Tap Add an attachment to take a photo or add one from your gallery.
NOTE: Allow camera access
You need to give the Melio app access to your photos so you can scan an invoice. When prompted, tap Allow access.
- Tap Submit.
NOTE: Completing all fields
You won’t be able to submit the form unless all fields are completed and a payment is selected for a payment-related issue.
That's it! A pop up notice will let you know that your request has been sent. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours inside operating hours.
