You can easily cancel scheduled payments straight from your phone. If the payment has already been collected, you'll need to contact Melio support to cancel.
Here's how to cancel your bill payment:
- On your home screen, you can find your payment in two places:
- a. Tap the Scheduled tab.
- b. Tap the relevant vendor in the Vendors list.
- Tap the relevant payment. It should be marked with a blue dot and labeled Scheduled.
- Tap the three dots at the top right of your payment.
- Tap Cancel payment at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Cancel payment to confirm cancellation.
- The payment is canceled. The bill will be marked with a black dot and labeled Unpaid bill.
