The Melio app makes it easier for you to make and track payments wherever you are. Easily add a bill without needing an invoice.
There are 3 places in the app where you can manually add a bill:
- Home screen.
- Payment tabs on the home screen- Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid and Pending approval (when relevant).
- Vendors list.
Add a bill from the home screen
- Tap the + sign.
- Select Add a bill.
- Tap Add manually.
- In Bill details, enter the bill details including your vendor’s name and bill amount.
Note: You can also scan or upload an invoice from here.
Tap the + sign next to the bill image to Scan or Upload an invoice.
- Tap Pay to continue making the payment. Or Save to pay later.
Add a bill from a payment tab or Vendors
- Tap any one of the payment tabs in the home screen: Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid or Pending approval or select the relevant vendor.
- Tap + New payment.
- Select Add a bill.
- Tap Add manually.
- In Bill details, enter the bill details including your vendor’s name if needed, and bill amount.

Tap the + sign next to the bill image to Scan or Upload an invoice.
- Tap Pay to continue making the payment. Or Save to pay later.
