Add a bill manually from the Melio app

The Melio app makes it easier for you to make and track payments wherever you are. Easily add a bill without needing an invoice. 

There are 3 places in the app where you can manually add a bill:

  1. Home screen. 
  2. Payment tabs on the home screen- Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid and Pending approval (when relevant).
  3. Vendors list.

Add a bill from the home screen

  1. Tap the + sign.
  2. Select Add a bill.
  3. Tap Add manually.
  4. In Bill details, enter the bill details including your vendor’s name and bill amount.

Note: You can also scan or upload an invoice from here.

Tap the + sign next to the bill image to Scan or Upload an invoice.

  1. Tap Pay to continue making the payment. Or Save to pay later.

 

Add a bill from a payment tab or Vendors

  1. Tap any one of the payment tabs in the home screen: Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid or Pending approval or select the relevant vendor.
  2. Tap + New payment.
  3. Select Add a bill.
  4. Tap Add manually.
  5. In Bill details, enter the bill details including your vendor’s name if needed, and bill amount.

Note: You can also scan or upload an invoice from here.

Tap the + sign next to the bill image to Scan or Upload an invoice.

  1. Tap Pay to continue making the payment. Or Save to pay later.
