Search, sort & filter items in the Melio app

Your account in the Melio app and Melio.com are synced automatically. You can make and track payments wherever you are right from your phone. 

To find exactly what you’re looking for–you can search for vendors, sort the vendors list, and filter bills.

Searching for a vendor

You can search for a specific vendor by name.

1. Tap the magnifying glass icon located at the top right corner.
2. Start typing the vendor name in the search bar.
3. Select the relevant result.

Sorting the vendors list

You can sort the vendors list by:

• Recently updated- The default order.
• Priority.  NOTE: Sort by Priority is only available to iOS.
• Vendor name.

To sort the vendors' list:

1. Go to Vendors on the home screen.
2. Select how you want to sort the list by tapping RECENTLY UPDATED directly under Vendors.

Filtering payments

You can filter payments in any of the tabs on the home screen or in a specific vendor’s list. Filter bills by:

• All
• Unpaid
• Scheduled
• Paid
• Pending approval 
• Failed
• Declined

Filtering bills in any of the tabs on the top of the home screen:

1. Tap any one of the tabs: Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid or Pending approval (when relevant).
2. The tabs for each parameter are located at the top of the screen.
3. Tap the one that’s relevant to you.

Filtering payments in a specific vendor’s list:

1. Select the relevant vendor from the list.
2. The tabs for each parameter are located at the top of the screen.
3. Tap the one that’s relevant to you.
