Melio lets you change your mind and edit the details of a payment even after you schedule it.
Note that if the payment has already been collected, contact our payment operations team to cancel it.
Here’s how to change the details:
1. Go to the Payments tab.
2. Find the payment you want to edit. It is labeled Scheduled.
Note: The difference between Scheduled status & In progress status.
You can edit the payment details up until it’s processed. At this stage, it is labeled “Scheduled”. When the status changes to “In process”, you can no longer edit it.
3. Click View payment.
4. In the payment summary, click Edit payment.
5. Edit the payment method, if you want. Click Continue.
The current payment method is marked with a purple border.
6. Edit the delivery method, if you want. Click Continue.
The current delivery method is marked with a purple border. Click Edit to change its details, or select a different delivery method.
Continue to make a payment as usual.
7. In the Review & confirm screen, carefully check the payment details to make sure it was edited correctly.
