Once connected to Xero, Melio automatically syncs your data both ways hourly.
You can check when the last sync was and manually sync the accounts through Melio.
There are two ways to sync manually:
1. Sync icon.
2. In Settings.
Sync icon
The simplest way to see when the last sync was and manually sync is with the sync icon.
1. Sign in to your Melio account.
2. In the top left corner of the dashboard, next to the account name, you’ll see the sync icon .
3. When you hover over it, you can see when the last sync happened.
4. Click this icon to sync the two accounts manually.
In Settings
1. Sign in to your Melio account.
2. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
3. Click Accounting Software Sync.
4. Click Sync now to manually sync the accounts. You can also see when the last sync was.
