Choosing the best payment method for you

  • Updated

With Melio, the payment process is divided into two parts: making a payment and receiving a payment. You can use any payment method that works best for your business. Your vendors still receive payment how they want, so you both have total flexibility.

Ways you can pay:

1. Credit card.

2. Debit card.

3. ACH bank transfer.

Payment methods

Pay by credit card

Delivery method fee: 2.9%.

  • Pay all your bills with a credit card. Use your credit card to pay vendors, contractors and all your business bills - even where credit cards aren’t usually accepted.*
  • Collect points. Get more of the rewards that you love - cash back, airplane miles, front row tickets, Michelin-star meals, or whatever else you like to use your points for.
  • Control your cash flow. With credit, your vendors still get paid on time and you can postpone paying until your next billing cycle. That way you get to hold onto your cash longer and can use it for all the things your business needs right now.
  • Same day delivery via ACH. With Melio, paying a bill using your credit card means that your payment (until 2 pm ET / 11 am PT) will be delivered the same business day for no additional fee.
