Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 8PM EST. Closed on Federal Holidays.

Use live chat to talk to Melio customer support (during operating hours). Here's how to find it:

  1. Sign in to your Melio account.
  2. Click the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar. OR click Settings on the left sidebar. Then click Support.

3. Under Contact us, click Start a chat to open live chat.

As a Core subscriber, you receive priority support, ensuring faster response times when you start a live chat or send us an email. You can access support in the following ways:

Phone support

Get a more personalized answer to your questions in real-time from a customer success associate during operating hours.

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your Melio account.

2. Click the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar. OR click Settings on the left sidebar. Then click Support.

3. Under Contact us, click Request a call back to get a phone call from a customer success associate.

4. Fill in the Request a call back form. 

a. Enter the phone number you want us to call

b. Select the Issue type from the dropdown list:

i. Payment issue- you’ll need to add the payment ID

ii. Account issue

iii. General issue

c. In Description tell us in detail how we can help you.

5. Click Submit request when you’re done.
