If the owner of a company on the manage users screen is incorrect, you can change the owner.
STEP 1: Invite the new owner to Melio. (skip this step if you have already done this)
1) Log into Melio as the owner
2) Click Settings>Manage users
3) Click the INVITE USER button
4) Complete the rest of the screen, and click the SEND INVITE button
5) Wait for the new owner to check their email and accept the invitation to Melio
STEP 2: Change the user to become the new owner.
1) Log into Melio as the owner
2) Click Settings>Manage users
3) On the user that you want to change to an owner, click the ... button to the right of their name, and choose MAKE OWNER
4) On the confirmation screen, choose your new role, then click YES, MAKE OWNER.
