Managing team members’ access to your firm’s bills, payments, and settings

  • Updated

You can choose the level of access your team has to the firm’s account, including schedule bill payments and make changes to certain settings. Melio lets you choose which team members have access to your firm's account, allowing you to use it more efficiently.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to the firm’s account and being an admin is not the same.

When a team member is added to the firm they are automatically assigned as an accountant with limited access to the firm’s account. You can make them an admin and expand their access. Learn more about the different roles and permission and how to assign roles to your team members.

Also, you can assign a team member to clients and mange their permissions.
