Why can’t I see the new team member I added to my firm’s account?

When you add a new member to your firm’s Melio account, they’ll get an email invitation to join.

Once the new team member has accepted your invitation to join the firm on Melio, their name will appear in Team (in the left sidebar).



If they are not visible as team members, you can:

  • Ask the team member to check their email inbox and spam folders.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email when inviting them.
