How to edit team members’ client assignments, permissions and roles

Easily change your team members’ client assignments, permissions and roles

 

There are two ways to change a team member’s permissions to a client:

  1. Through the Team Dashboard

  2. Through the client’s account

 

Through the Team dashboard:

Click on the “Team” tab.

 

Click on the “...” button for the team member. Then click on “manage clients”.

A client list for the team member will appear, you can change the team member’s role from the drop-down menu and set an approval amount for each client.

Through the client’s account:

 

Enter the client’s account, and click on the “Settings” tab:

Now click on “Manage collaborators”

On the right side of you'll be able to see the team members and collaborators associated with the client’s account.

Click on the “...” button next to the team member. Then click on “Edit member”.

Change the team member’s role and permissions for the client, and then click “Save”.
