Subscribe to a plan
When you get to your account, the first thing you’ll be asked is to select a subscription plan. Learn more about the different subscription plans.
When you subscribe to a paid plan—Core or Boost—you get a one-month free trial. This means we’ll start billing you one month after you subscribe to a plan. Once this month is over, you can either keep your current plan or switch to a different one.
Here’s how to subscribe to a plan:
1. By switching the toggle to monthly or annual you can see the different offers. An annual subscription gets a discount.
2. In Start your free 30-day trial, select a plan- Go, Core or Boost.
3. In the checkout page, under Billing cycle, select Monthly or Annual.
4. In Payment method, select how to pay for the subscription billing:
- Card: Enter the card details.
- Bank account: Connect your bank account with Plaid. See this guide to automatically connect your bank account.
5. Click Save.
6. In Summary, confirm the details of your subscription plan. Click Start free trial to finish.
That’s it! You’re signed up to Melio. Click Get started to add vendors and make payments.
You’ll get a welcome email confirming your sign-up.
What happens if I don’t subscribe to a plan?
If you skip any steps during the subscription process and don't complete it, you’ll be subscribed to the Go plan and will not have access to any of the premium capabilities.
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
