Why you may not be able to add your card

All the reasons that your card can’t be connected to your Melio account. 


Having trouble adding a credit card to your Melio account? Then you've probably seen the error message below. We're here to help.



This issue might be because:

  1. The card is a prepaid debit card (which Melio doesn’t support at this time).
  2. The credit card is a personal card, whereas Melio can only process commercial, corporate, or business credit cards. 
  3. Incorrect address
  • Make sure that the zip code you entered is 5 digits and unhyphenated.
