Having trouble adding a credit card to your Melio account? Then you've probably seen the error message below. We're here to help.
This issue might be because:
- The card is a prepaid debit card (which Melio doesn’t support at this time).
- The credit card is a personal card, whereas Melio can only process commercial, corporate, or business credit cards.
- Incorrect address
- Make sure that the zip code you entered is 5 digits and unhyphenated.
