We’ll ask for 2 kinds of details:

Personal details

All or some of the following details will be collected from every collaborator, regardless of their role in the account.

  • First name
  • Last name

Business details

Collected from the account owner, admin or accountant. After filling in the personal details, these users will get to another page asking to fill in the missing business details.

  • Company legal name
  • Company address
  • Business industry
  • Business type

How do I know what details are missing?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. When you sign in to your account, you’ll get a page titled Complete the required details asking you to fill in the relevant details.

I didn’t get a page when I signed in to my account

If you don’t get the page, that means no additional info is required.
You’re good to go.

When will this take effect?

The update will be effective as of July 24, 2024.
You can start providing those details from July 2, and we recommend that you do so.

What happens if I don’t fill in the details by July 24?
