Do you have invoices saved to your device, in your accounting software, Gmail account and/or Amazon Business?
You can import all of them to the Bills tab in your Melio account and pay them.
Melio allows you to:
- Upload a bill from your device
- Import a bill from QuickBooks Online
- Import a bill from Xero
- Import bills from Gmail
- Import bills from Amazon Business
- Send invoices directly to your Melio account
Here’s how to upload a bill from your device
1- Sign in to your Melio account.
2- Click Pay in the left sidebar.
3- Go to the Bills tab.
4- Click Import.
5- Select Upload files from the dropdown list.
6- Choose one file or more (PDF or JPG) from your device.
Note: Important invoice requirements.
- One invoice per file.
- Invoice must be attached as JPEG/PNG/GIF/PDF to the email.
- Maximum file size is 10MB.
7- Review the details and add or edit any of the fields. You can Replace or Delete the file if needed.
8- Click Continue to pay to schedule the payment now, or click Save and close to keep the bill for future payment.
Note: Using Melio on your mobile device?
You'll be able to scan the invoice using your phone's camera. Here’s how:
- Go to Bills and click the + sign.
- Click Add a bill.
- Select Scan a bill and choose a photo. Once scanned, you can review and edit the bill details.
- Continue to pay or Save and close to keep the bill for future payment.
