You may have more than one organization in your Xero account.
You can ensure you’re connecting the right one to your Melio account.
How do you know what Xero organizations are available to be connected to Melio?
The Melio wants access page shows that there is more than one organization in the Xero account that is available for connection with Melio.
Under Organization data you can see how many.
How to select the right organization?
When you have more than one organization in your Xero account, you’ll be asked to select the relevant one.
When you’re connecting your accounts for the first time, all the organizations will be available for connecting.
After you’ve connected at least one organization, the list will be divided between available organizations and already connected organizations that are unavailable at this time.
If this is the first time you’re connecting an organization from Xero to Melio:
1. In Melio wants to access page, click the arrow.
2. All the organizations associated with the Xero account will be listed.
3. Select the one that you want to give Melio access to from the dropdown list.
4. Click Allow access.
When you already connected one organization and wants to connect another
Remember, you can connect one Melio account to one Xero account.
1. In Melio wants to access page, click the arrow.
2. All the organizations associated with the Xero account will be listed. Under Already connected are organizations that you’ve connected in the past. These ones aren’t available now.
3. From the available list, select the organization you want to connect to your Melio account.
4. Click Allow access.
