Live Chat support hours

Here’s a reminder about Melio’s support operating hours, when you can reach one of our customer support agents:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m (ET).

Closed on weekends and Federal Holidays.

Any questions you may have outside these hours—our trusty bot is always on standby, ready to solve common issues and provide quick answers.

Technical troubleshooting issues with Live Chat

If you’re having difficulties reaching an agent during our support hours, it may be because of incorrect time stamps from an earlier Live Chat session. Clearing your cache and cookies should help resolve this issue.

What are caches and cookies?

Caches and cookies are like little notes that your web browser stores when you visit websites, so your browser can remember them the next time you visit those websites.

Clearing your caches and cookies will tidy up the digital clutter, and hopefully fix the issues that you’re having with our Live Chat.

Note: Passwords and saved information

Clearing your cookies may cause you to lose other saved information stored on your browser, like saved passwords and login information. Save this information elsewhere before clearing your browser history.
