Melio helps make bill pay fast and efficient for businesses. You can upload several bill files to your account at once, saving you time and effort.
This article will show you how to:
Upload multiple bills at once
- Sign in to your Melio account.
- In Pay, go to the Bills tab.
- Click Import bills.
- Select Upload files from the dropdown list.
5. Choose multiple files (PDF or JPG) from your computer.
Note: Upload guidelines
You can upload up to 10 files at a time, a maximum of 10MB each.
6. You’ll see your bills uploading in the bottom right-hand corner.
7. Once the upload is complete, the pop-up will show X Uploads and you can close it by clicking ‘x’ in the right corner.
8. You’ll also see all your new bills highlighted in purple. Continue to review your bills.
Review your bills
Each bill must be reviewed before scheduling a payment. This can be done straight away or when you're ready to complete the payment.
1. Click Review next to each bill to check the details.
2. Check and edit the details, or add any missing information. Click Continue if you want to complete payment.
3. Click More Actions if you want to:
a. Save and pay later (the bill is now reviewed and ready to be paid)
b. Mark as paid
c. Delete
You can also review bills by viewing the bill first. Here's how:
- In the Bills tab, click the three dots next to the bill awaiting review.
- Select View bill.
- Click Review Bill.
4. Check and edit the details, or add any missing information. Click Continue if you want to complete payment.
3. Click More Actions if you want to:
a. Save and pay later (the bill is now reviewed and ready to be paid)
b. Mark as paid
c. Delete
